Festive Fajitas: Spicy cheese dip thats’s loaded with a southwest kick!
*1 lb beef or chicken (1/4? strips)
*1 cup green pepper strips
*1 cup sliced onions
*1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
*1 package Pepper jack mix
Brown meet in 2 tbsp. oil. Remove from pan. Saute peppers and onions until tender. Drain. Mix, meat and vegetables. Stir in Pepper Jack seasoning mix and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook just until heated. Serve in warmed tortillas. Top with your favorite ingredients including lettuce, grated cheese, sliced olives, sour cream, etc.
