| Portabella Artichoke Dip Mix
This is a newer dip mix creation that is quickly becoming very popular especially for those that like the taste of Portabella mushroom, artichoke, garlic, spinach and other ingredients blended together. We use as a spread on proscuitto, ham, or salami cold cuts and wrap around a Stella Doro breadstick. This can also be done with any of your favorite dip mixes as well. Just spread the dip mix on the cold cut and wrap around each breadstick. Optional: Add sliced pickle. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, ground portabella mushroom, garlic, dehydrated artichoke, spinach, maltodextrin,whey, spinach powder, yeast extract, enzyme, modified parmesan cheese, soybean oil.

TO MAKE DIP:
Mix packagewith 3/4 cup mayo and 11/4 cup sour cream or yogurt.
Low-fat or fat free products can be substituted. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
TO MAKE A SPREAD OR CHEESEBALL:
Mix package with two 8 oz. bars of softened cream cheese. Put in refrigerator to harden just enough to form into a ball. Roll in crushed crackers, chips, parsley, or whatever you prefer. Serve with vegetables, crackers or breads. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. |
