We will gladly accept the return of products that are damaged within two weeks from the date of purchase. It is necessary however to contact us in advance for returning any items. It is our strict policy to issue an  RMA number authorizing any returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.  Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return within two weeks from the date of purchase.
