Chesapeake Crab Dip & Seasoning is SALT FREE mix. This is somewhat new and very popular for Crab lovers. This is a very tasty seasoning for crab cakes or seafood salad.
8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE, 1 1/2 Tbsp. Crab Mix, 8 oz. Sour Cream, Dash of
Worcestershire sauce and/or Lemon juice, 1 1/2 lb fresh Crab Meat.
Soften cream cheese over low heat with 2 Tbsp. water. Add all other ingredients and stir gently. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with plain crackers or chips. Recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.
OPTION; Add 1 Tbsp. dry sherry or wine. Serve warm. Use pieces of French bread for dipping.
