After another busy day at work, mix up the garlic butter blend in a few minutes and enjoy a shrimp scampi dinner tonight. Your friends and family will love it. If you want to make shrimp scampi or scallop scampi, chicken scampi for 2-3 people that's better than most restaurants, you can do that in a short time and it's so easy and best of all NO ONE will know it's a packaged mix!!                 

 Just add 2 tablespoons of water to 1 package of the mix, let the spices absorb for a few minutes- stir, add 3/4 to 1 cup of olive oil (do not use extra virgin) and mix.  Cook some angel hair pasta ( we like it best ).  Pour some garlic butter mix in a cold fry pan just enough to cover the pan, saute your seafood or chicken. When it's done add the cooked pasta and the rest of the mix.  Bring out the Parmesan or Romano cheese and of course your favorite wine. mmm...good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!          Or............buy a fresh Italian or French bread and enjoy bread dipping with Judi's "Original" Garlic Butter, marinade steak tips, rub some on fish or steak, make Bruschetta, garlic (white) pizza, use as seasoning for your favorite  stuffed mushroom recipe, garlic mashed potatoes, and best of all ---if you have any left over just put it in the refrigerator and use it again during the week on chicken or to saute vegetables to enjoy with salmon or haddock. We are constantly using garlic butter for shrimp scampi dinner. Better yet, with a French or Italian bread, slice the bread down the middle ( not through) apply a healthy layer of the garlic butter blend. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes for the tastiest garlic bread. This will truly be a favorite use of Judi's Best Garlic Butter. Pasta and garlic bread is a wonderful treat anytime. We also make garlic mashed potatoes using this blend. Depending on how much garlic you like, use 1/2 to 1 package of the mix. Prepare the herb mix with water and olive oil as per directions, and beat right into the mashed potatoes. My whole family loves garlic mashed potatoes. Also wonderful on popcorn, corn on the cob, veggie stir fry, and lobster. The ideas become endless.
