RETURNED GOODS
We are confident that you will be pleased with our products. If for any reason this
is not the case, we want to make you happy and continue to serve your needs.
It is necessary to communicate to us any problem/s and we will provide a return
merchandise authorization number (RMA). We will evaluate the situation upon
receipt of goods and advise accordingly. Any returned items without communication or
authorization will not be accepted.
PAYMENT
! We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), PayPal (credit cards, e-check, and funded), personal checks and money orders. If paying by check or money order and your payment is not received within 12 days, your order will be cancelled.
When paying by check, money order, or PayPal e-check, your order will be held until payment clears (generally 7-10 days). Checks returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF) will incur a $30 fee.
SHIPPING
Due to food restrictions, we currently ship to the United States only. You may choose to have your order shipped via Priority Mail, Fed X, or UPS. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation (where available) within 1-5 business days of your order. Please allow slightly more time during the holiday season.
